Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 42 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance
With less than 255 days notice before your arrival date: 50% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

Description

Country finca with 4 double rooms located in a quiet area of Alcudia,
between the historic center and the marina. The house has two floors,
where there is a private pool (4.00x7.00x1.70 meters) with solarium and
terrace furniture with sunbeds for all guests.

Access through large windows, you get to the living room, satellite TV
and a comfortable sofa. On the same floor you can find a fully equipped
kitchen with oven, microwave,...

There are 4 bedrooms, 3 with double bed and one with 2 single beds. All
rooms have windows overlooking the garden outside. We also found three
bathrooms with bath or shower and toilet.

By having large terraces around the house and garden, a space that
creates very bright and cheerful. There is also a barbecue where guests
can prepare dinner in the evening and enjoy it near the pool. A large
lawned garden is the perfect place where children can play.

The house is very near the vast sandy beach of Puerto de Alcudia.
Nearby there are several restaurants, small supermarkets and other
shops. The historic center of Alcudia is 1.5 km and 1 km from Puerto de
Alcudia. Furthermore, with a distance of two kilometers is the Club de
Golf Alcanada.
