The Space:
Located on a 2 and 4 floor so just tell me witch unit you like and I will move you to the floor you want.
We have tours and laundry service just outside the building offering laundry service for only 40 baht per kg. Family mart (minimart) is 100 meter from the building.
All my unit have Garden view and 2 big nice King Size Soft (Premium bed) with Premium bedsheets.
My kitchen has a coffee machine, microwave, electric water kettle, toaster, and all necessary dishes and glasses. I always keep the kitchen with coffee and tea etc. You have full access of the back yard and the pool area to enjoy the warm Pattaya weather and over sized pool.
If you rent a car, you can park in the garage for free and I have car and bikes for rent, just ask.

Getting Around:
Taxis are plentiful and cheap and can be found on the main road 1 mins walk from the villa or ordered to the door. A motorbike taxi cost about 40 baht (1,5 euro) to the center of Pattaya / beach, also a car taxi will cost about (100 baht) (2-3 euro) use app named "Grap"
In Pattaya and Jomtien you will find blue buses, they drive 24 hours from Pattaya to Jomtien and back, just for a few baht (depending on the distance between 10 and 20 baht)
Other Things to Note:

♡ The coffee maker is provided with free coffee, tea, sugar, and Kettle.
♡ There is free parking inside or outside the building with 24/7 security.
♡ Beds are made on arrival, linen, and towels to the number you booked.
♡ There is no deposit as we trust you to keep the apartment in good condition under your stay.
♡ If you come early you can leave the luggage in your room after 11 am or at our office anytime.
♡ There are laundry services close to our building (washing and drying) for only 40 baht per kg. (minimart) is also very close.
♡ Free Electricity 15 KW per day (that’s by normal use more than enough) if´s you let aircon running with open windows you will use more and then we will after charges you 10 baht per Kwh.
The cleaning fee you have paid is for getting the unit cleaned and ready for the next guest. This means it will be completed after your stay.
If you would like your unit cleaned during your stay, an additional charge of 200 THB per clean bed. 24 hours notice is also required so we can schedule it in.
But if you stay more than 7 nights then we will provide 1 full clean per week.
