Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 0 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance
With less than 1 days notice before your arrival date: 80% of the total remaining balance
With less than 30 days notice before your arrival date: 50% of the total remaining balance
With less than 60 days notice before your arrival date: 25% of the total remaining balance
With less than 90 days notice before your arrival date: 15% of the total remaining balance

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

Description

Bright and comfortable one bedroom apartment in small and quiet complex with a shared pool in Puerto del Carmen, near the old town with harbour and Playa Grande for up to 3 people with good Wifi Internet connection.

This little oasis in the center of Puerto del Carmen is modern, equipped with all the facilities you will need. Just between Biosfera and Lidl situated you can do anything walking from there; also the bus stop is very close.

The kitchen counts with what you need on holiday; also there is a large fridge for you with 40l freezer. The balcony is roofed and has sun from early morning to late afternoon. Sun beds for free at the pool.

The bedroom has a doble bed and the bathroom has a bath tub with shower facility.

We provide bed linen, towels, beach towels and also bathrobes.
