Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 10 days notice before your arrival date: 10% of the total remaining balance
With less than 20 days notice before your arrival date: 20% of the total remaining balance
With less than 30 days notice before your arrival date: 30% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

Description

Haus mit 4 Schlafzimmern und eigenem Pool und Garten direkt am Meer und einem traumhaften Blick auf die Bucht von Poris de Abona. Das Haus erfüllt alle Wünsche. Im Wohnbereich ist die Raumhöhe fast 9 Meter. Das Haus besteht aus 2 Ebenen, wobei der Wohnraum über eine Raumhöhe von fast 9 Metern besteht. Handgefertigte Glasschränke gefüllt mit Gläsern und Geschirr und ein original tropischer Wurzeltisch laden zur Gemütlichkeit ein. Der massive Eichenesszimmertisch und die wurzelgebürsteten Lutherstühle laden zu einem Glas Wein ein. Im unteren Bereich gibt es weiter eine amerikanische Küche komplett mit Spülmaschine ausgestattet, ein Bad mit Dusche, ein Schlafzimmer en Suite, ein weiteres Schlafzimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten und ein eingebauter offener Stock mit französischem Bett. Im oberen Bereich gibt ein weiteres Schlafzimmer für 2 Personen, ein Einzelschlafzimmer und eine offene Empore mit einem weiteren Schlafsofa für 2 Personen, so dass im Notfall sogar 11 Personen im Haus schlafen könnten. Der eigene kleine Pool erreicht im Hochsommer sogar fast 28 Grad. Im Garten befindet sich ein gemauerter Grill, der auf Fisch und Fleisch wartet. Ihr Gastgeber steht Ihnen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Am Strand gibt es ein kleines Bistro öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind optimal . Dennoch empfehle ich einen Leihwagen um die Insel zu erkunden.
