Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 255 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

Description

Baycliff Residence is a seaview 2 bedroom apartment with all you need for your holidays. The balcony has a private jacuzzi with panoramic view over Patong bay.

A short distance to Patong main strips, malls and restaurants yet in a quiet location.
Living area has a big screen tv, dining area with chairs and table open to the fully equipped kitchen.
One bedroom is ensuite, both have king size beds.
The rooftop swimming pool is shared and can be accessed with a key card provided. There are stairs to access it.
Wifi is provided by the building. It's not high speed therefore not advised for working or streaming.
Electric and water are included in the price, please close windows and doors when AC is on. Turn off AC and all lights when you leave.
Daily cleaning not included in the price, charged 1200 baht when required. If an extra cleaning is required, please book your cleaning 48 hours in advance.
Late check in is available free of charge on request!
