Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Authentic full floor loft on the 4th floor in Soho. Direct TV and wireless high-speed Internet are included.
The loft located in one of the hottest and trendiest parts of Manhattan’s Soho and Nolita district replete with restaurants, cafes, bars, clubs, shops and galleries, as well as just a couple of blocks to many major subway lines (N, R, 6, B, D, F, Q). It is also a quick walk into Little Italy, Chinatown, Greenwich Village, East Village, Lower East Side, Noho and Tribeca.
The kitchen is equipped with stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer as well as a microwave oven, coffee maker, cookware and tableware. There is no laundry facility in the loft but we can recommend nearby laundry options.
One of the bedrooms has a king sized bed which can be split into two singles and the other two bedrooms each have a queen sized bed. Host will provide air mattresses for a maximum of four additional guests at an additional nightly charge.
SO THERE ARE NO MISUNDERSTANDINGS, THE CLEANING FEE IS NOT BEING PAID HERE ON THE SYSTEM. THE 250.00 USD CLEANING/PREPARATION FEE WILL BE PAYABLE ON ARRIVAL IN CASH.
FOR CHECK IN AFTER 7:00 PM THERE IS ALSO A SURCHARGE.
This is the schedule of those surcharges:
Surcharge for check in between 7:00 and 10:00 PM: 70.00
Surcharge for check in between 10:00 and 11:30 PM: 90.00
Surcharge for check in between 11:30 PM and 2:00 AM: 125.00
There is also a $500.00 damage deposit to be taken as an authorization on a credit card upon or before arrival. Please be prepared for that.
This loft is located in the same building as another wonderful loft of ours. It is a great opportunity for a large group travelling together to be in two units in the same building.
Please note that the balance is to be paid directly to the owner by bank transfer or by credit card with a 3% surcharge immediately after booking Cleaning fee is to be paid in cash at check-in.
Also note that for the Christmas and New Years weeks, I keep to a 7-night minimum stay for EACH of the two holidays. So if it includes both Christmas and New Years, a 14-night minimum would apply.
