Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 14 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance
With less than 30 days notice before your arrival date: 50% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

Description

The beautiful Casa Capitán is located in Santa Ponça in a neighborhood of villas and captivates for its fantastic outdoor area and typical Mallorcan architecture. The charming holiday home is decorated with warm and cosy colours and has a spacious living-dining room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms (2 with double beds, one with 2 single beds, another with 2 single beds and a sofa bed), 3 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 10 people. The facilities also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, fireplace, satellite television. Outside you will find a balcony, furnished terraces, a barbecue where you can prepare your meals and a fantastic pool area with sun loungers. Here you can relax and leave behind the stress of daily life. A kilometer away there is a supermarket and 4 minutes by car you can reach both the nearest restaurant and the beach of Santa Ponça with its turquoise blue waters.

The area: it's in a residential area near the marina and beaches and approximately 5 km from 3 golf courses. The area of Santa Ponsa is lively in both summer and winter.

Getting around: Rent a car and visit the island to return to this quiet and pleasant place to relax. The airport is 25 minutes away and the historic city of Palma de Mallorca is only 15 minutes away.

Interaction with guests: We will be gladly reachable anytime for any local advice or anything you may need during your stay. We want you to feel at home, just let us know if you need anything, any advice or any help.

Includes all services: water, electricity, towels, linens, final cleaning.

Guests are asked to sign a rental agreement before entering the property.

In addition, due to the new regulations of the Balearic Government since Friday, July 1, 2016, has implemented the new "sustainable tourism tax" of the Balearic Islands (ECOTAX) to be charged to everyone (residents and non-residents of the EU) who stay in hotels, apartments (that are classified as tourist accommodation) and cruises.
The rate during high season (from April to October included) will be:
• 2 euros per day per adult (16+) for the first 8 days; 1€ per day per adult for the remainder.
All these amounts are reduced by half in each case from 1st november.
This tax is for residents and non-residents of the European Union.
We will take payment upon your arrival to the house or apartment.
