Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 90 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance
With less than 99 days notice before your arrival date: 75% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

Description

The accommodation is fully equipped and prepared with the smallest detail to meet the needs of the tenant.

The kitchen is fully equipped with the necessary utensils and all the small appliances.

The entire accommodation consists of heating, but not air conditioning, however you can count on fans, the house is very well ventilated and heat is not passed.

The house consists of:

- A garden with barbecue and basketball court and ping-pong table.
- A spacious living room and dining room with access to the patio.
- A wonderful large community pool.

Bedrooms:
- 2 rooms with a double bed (each).
- 2 rooms with 2 single beds (each).

Bathrooms:
- 1 bathroom type suite.
- 1 full bathroom
- 1 bathroom service

Normative:

- Youth groups are not accepted, only consolidated families. (Min 30 years)
- The rules of the property and the agency will be respected. At the time of confirming the reservation, they will be sent a contract and regulations that must be read and accepted.
- In case the extra costs are not charged by the portal, the agency will charge cash, cleaning € 120, chek-in € 25, tourist fees € 1 per person / day and A.C € 50 (Optional)
- In case the deposit is not charged by the portal, the agency will cash it.
- The check-in / check-out schedules will be respected. If you arrive later than 8:00 pm, a supplement of 50 Eur will be charged or the check-in will be carried out the following day during business hours.
