A modern and contemporary two-bedroom apartment (max four people) in the beautiful bohemian Gracia district in Barcelona.
This recently refurbished apartment with an eye for comfort is perfect for a small group of friends or a family. In the stunning Gracia part of the city, you could not wish for a better location. The apartment itself is bright with plenty of natural light, has a parquet floor, delightful artwork and beautiful subtle lighting. The living room is spacious with a double sofa-bed, a coffee table a dining table with seating for two, a flat screen TV and a DVD player. The kitchen area is compact but contains everything you need to cook a delicious meal, such as an oven, a microwave, a hob, a fridge and a freezer. The two bedrooms are divided into a single room and a master bedroom with a comfortable double bed. The master bedroom has a small flat screen TV, a nightstand, a bedside lamp and a large built-in wardrobe. The bathroom is bright with a toilet, a designer washbasin, a large mirror and a bathtub/shower combination. A hair dryer, linen and towels are supplied. Amenities include a washing machine, a dishwasher, an iron and board, a dryer, an elevator, air-conditioning and a hi-speed Internet connection. For location and quality this is the place for your visit to Barcelona.
A security deposit and a cleaning fee will be required upon check-in. Tourist tax in Barcelona amounts to Euros 0,72 per person per night (with a maximum of 7 nights) and is applicable to guests older than 17 years of age. The tourist tax is to be paid in cash upon arrival. Extra costs could be charged for late check-in and check-out.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please note that this apartment does not welcome groups of young guests of ages below 30, or anyone of any age with intentions to party. Following strict building regulations and out of respect to its permanent residents, loud music and noises are forbidden from 22:00 to 8:00, even on weekends. Molested neighbors may call the police upon noncompliance with this simple building regulation, so guests who fail to comply with these rules face the risk of being asked to leave the apartment without the right to any compensation. Any guests with the rightful intentions to party will do themselves a favor by renting elsewhere. On the other hand, guests seeking peaceful evenings and nights will find this apartment most accommodating.

The World famous Sagrada Familia is just a short stroll from your front door. The metro stop Verdaguer is just a short walk, the city centre is only 10 minutes away and the beach is 15 minutes away.
