Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 45 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance
With less than 180 days notice before your arrival date: 50% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

The space
Enter to the living room with large couch and beautiful large front windows. Great, coffee table that converts to dining area with seating for 4. TV has Netflix provided. High Speed WiFi works excellent.
Beyond the living room is the Kitchen. Huge area with all the tools you'll need for a home cooked meal. Great counter space and lots of cabinets. Refrigerator, Oven, Dishwasher and even a Dual Washer Dryer.
Full size bathroom with shower, vanity, and toilet on the first floor.
Backyard features a great open walled in space for you to hang out or barbecue with friends. Just behind the wall is the parking space we provide to our guests at no cost!
Upstairs is the queen bed with great comforter. Full to ceiling mirrors closets, and flat screen smart TV. Full size bathroom included. Super bright with two big windows.
Other bedrooms feature a full and queen size bed. Desk area to get work done as well. Each room has it's own closets and mirrors.
