Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 255 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

Description

Jungceylon is a beautiful private pool villa! It's massive at 400 SQM and a huge rock stone salt water pool. There is an outdoor grill and outdoor dining area. Inside includes a full size pool table and a kitchen with full bar. Upstairs is 3 bedrooms.

Patong's only 4 bedroom private pool villa within walking distance to Bangla Road & Jungceylon!

Awesome outdoor patio with BBQ and an open air dining room. The pool and lounge area open to a great area for entertaining with a pool table, big kitchen and sofa. Downstairs there is an open space concept room with its own bathroom and closet, upstairs the rooms function as apartments and have their own kitchen and lounge area.
The living room has a full size pool table, sofa couch with cable TV. Also a full size kitchen with an inland bar.

The Villa opens to the 45 SQM private pool and has a poolside terrace with a BBQ grill, lounge chairs, and dining table. The pool is salt water and made with concrete and stone which feels great on the feet!
Surround sound speakers which connect with iPhone, Laptops, etc... DVD player, satellite TV. Kitchen has 2 ovens.

3 bedrooms are upstairs connected to the ground floor by an outdoor staircase. Bedrooms upstairs have private bathrooms, sofa, kitchenettes and patio. There is also an outdoor bathroom/changing room just for the pool.
It's a safe neighborhood. Short walk to Junceylon, Banzaan Market and the beach.

We recommend to rent motorbikes to go around the neighborhood and to the beach.
Cleaning is not included in the price, if you wish for us to do it please book 48 hours in advance. Cost per cleaning is 2400 baht.
