Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 60 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance
With less than 255 days notice before your arrival date: 50% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

Super beachside holiday cottage with fantastic panoramic views over
Pendine Bay.

Neptune is a delightful beachside holiday cottage with fantastic views
over Pendine bay. This delightful cottage is an upside down property in
the centre of the village and just yards from Pendine sands lying on
the northern shore of Carmarthen Bay. The beautiful beach stretches for
7 miles and is known throughout the world for the land speed record
attempts, Malcolm Campbell in the 1920's and more recently actor Idris
Elba. Central to all amenities and within easy reach of many other
pretty coastal villages as well as the splendid scenery in
Carmarthenshire.

Sleeps 5 1 -2 well behaved dogs

Open plan lounge/dining/kitchen with TV freesat dvd, electric hob,
double oven, microwave, fridge, door to balcony at the rear. Separate
wc/whb. Stairs down to: Bedroom 1 with kingsize bed and single bed.
Bedroom 2 with double bed TV and dvd. Shower room with wash hand basin
and heated towel rail. Separate WC. Courtyard to the rear with seating.
Parking. Duvets, bed linen and towels provided. Travel cot and high
chair supplied. Rent inclusive of electricity and heating. 3 pm
takeover.

Pets information: Dog-friendly properties are pre-designated in
accordance with agreements with our property owners. Therefore, we do
not charge an additional fee for bringing a dog, where it is indicated
a dog – or dogs – are welcome, unless otherwise stated in the property
description. It is clearly indicated in the particulars of each
property whether or not dogs are allowed and this must be strictly
adhered to. Owners reserve the right to terminate the hire without
notice and without refund in the case of a breach of this condition.
For pets other than dogs, the owner’s permission must be sought before
making the booking.
