* With this listing, you MUST attend a 90 min property tour OR pay a fee to skip it. In return, you are paying a great price, receiving an unforgettable vacation, and will be provided with a valuable gift from the Resort along with free breakfast on the day of the tour. *** IMPORTANT RESORT REQUIREMENTS ***- Have not attended a Property Tour or Timeshare Presentation at any Westgate Resort in the last 12 months.- Do not currently own a timeshare at Westgate.- Must have a major Credit Card, NOT a Debit Credit Card.- Must be married OR a single female (not a single male).- If married you ARE traveling with your spouse.- Between the ages of 28 to 68.- State income over $75k annually.- Not staying for more than 5 days UNLESS you speak to the host by sending a message first.- Do not live within 60 miles of the city.- Pay a small resort tax and a security deposit upon arrival.- Sign an authorization to pay a fee if you miss the tour.

This is ideal for a 1 person/businessman trip. You will have a King Bed and Jacuzzi. While this makes for a great business trip, there are a lot of things to do! Go on a hike, hang out by the pool & play ball. There is a complimentary shuttle to the water park! This unit accommodates up to 4 guests as there is also a pull-out couch in the living room.

You certify that you qualify and will attend a property tour, otherwise you agree to forfeit the refundable deposit to skip the tour but still stay. (This is the fee that we have to pay to the resort for missed tours that we pass on to you.)
Due to local resort regulations, you must be at least 21 years of age to check-in.
Due to the fact that this property is located within a resort, you are required to present government photo ID at the front counter.
You agree to provide the host: Your Real Name, Spouse's Name, Address, Phone, Email, Occupation Industry, Age, & Approximate income promptly after booking.
If you don't check-in on the 1st day of your stay (meaning before midnight) and you do not alert the resort or host in advance, your reservation may be canceled without refund.
