Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 60 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance
With less than 255 days notice before your arrival date: 50% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

Description

A delightful 3 bed cottage, views over the Estuary, dog friendly.

Riversdale is a delightful 3 bed cottage that has been decorated and
furnished to a very good standard. A large terraced garden to the rear
has been set out beautifully access to the top seating is via a number
of steps but gives you views of the Estuary over the rooftop. This is
a pet friendly property that has many walks to enjoy with your furry
friend in the area. The property is located in the village of
Llanstadwell that is next to the small town of Neyland and its' Marina.
The Cleddau River is literally on your doorstep, with amazing views
from the lounge over the Estuary, at low tide the Swans sit on a bank
nearby preening themselves. The larger Maritime Port of Milford Haven
is not far with a good selection of shops, restaurants, the Torch
Theatre which puts on some amazing shows and has a small cinema. Access
to many of the family attractions are approximately half hour drive and
many beaches are even closer.

Utility, with washing machine, tumble drier, microwave. Cloakroom, with
W.C whb. Upstairs. Bedroom 1, with double bed, drawers, views over the
Estuary. Bedroom 2, with single bed, drawers/wardrobe. Bedroom 3,
double bed, large wardrobe, drawers. Bathroom, with bath, separate
shower, WC. Enclosed terraced, garden with garden furniture, a number
of steps to top of garden.. Rent inclusive of electricity and gas
central heating. Duvets and bed linen are provided. 3pm takeover.

Pets information: Dog-friendly properties are pre-designated in
accordance with agreements with our property owners. Therefore, we do
not charge an additional fee for bringing a dog, where it is indicated
a dog – or dogs – are welcome, unless otherwise stated in the property
description. It is clearly indicated in the particulars of each
property whether or not dogs are allowed and this must be strictly
adhered to. Owners reserve the right to terminate the hire without
notice and without refund in the case of a breach of this condition.
For pets other than dogs, the owner’s permission must be sought before
making the booking.
