Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 255 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

Description

The Loft is a fabulous first floor apartment with fantastic views over
an 18 hole parkland golf course, during the summer golfing enthusiasts
can enjoy a round of golf at reduced fees. The apartment has been
tastefully furnished and equipped and offers visitors a fantastic
holiday destination. Also on site is a bar and restaurant serving great
food and again residents will receive a discount on their meals. There
is a spa the Dove Cote where you can relax and experience one of the
many treatments available. Trefloyne Manor is a popular wedding venue
so please note on occasions music may be played until 12.30 a.m.

access on to a balcony. Bedroom 2, 2 single beds. Bedroom 3, 2 single
beds. Bathroom.. Duvets, bed linen and towels provided. Parking for 2
cars. Rent inclusive of electricity & heating. 3 pm takeover.

Pets information: Dog-friendly properties are pre-designated in
accordance with agreements with our property owners. Therefore, we do
not charge an additional fee for bringing a dog, where it is indicated
a dog – or dogs – are welcome, unless otherwise stated in the property
description. It is clearly indicated in the particulars of each
property whether or not dogs are allowed and this must be strictly
adhered to. Owners reserve the right to terminate the hire without
notice and without refund in the case of a breach of this condition.
For pets other than dogs, the owner’s permission must be sought before
making the booking.
