Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 60 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

The living room has a large leather sofa for contemplating the ocean or to watch your favourite shows from the smart TV. Dining area for 4 people is next to the kitchen and in a nook of the living room there is a sofa bed for 2 people.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, closets, a smart TV and a desk, bathroom is ensuite with walk in shower.

The resort offers a full range of facilities similar to a five-star hotel, from its TripAdvisor award winning restaurant "Blue Mango", fitness centre, yoga classe, a multi-level infinity pool, 180º Wellness Spa to a swim up bar!
Wifi is provided by the building. It's high speed but not advised for working. Electric and water are included in the price, please close windows and doors when AC is on. Turn off AC and all lights when you leave.
Daily cleaning not included in the price, charged 900 baht when required. If an extra cleaning is required, please book your cleaning 48 hours in advance.
Late check in is available free of charge on request!
